Privacy
This notice explains what we collect when you use WeIVus and what we do with it. It is written by us, in plain language, and reflects how the community actually runs.
What we collect
When you enter WeIVus we collect your phone number so we can confirm you are on the community list. If you complete a survey or reflection we store your answers. Members also share profile details such as name, city, role, bio and the areas of life they are working on. If you contact us we keep your name, email, optional phone number and message.
Anonymous responses
Where a survey offers an anonymous option, we do not store your phone number alongside those answers.
Payments
Membership payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. We keep a record of your membership status, season and amount paid.
How we use it
To run the community: confirming access, shaping sessions and topics, supporting your goals and accountability, and answering the messages you send us. We do not sell your information and we do not share it outside WeIVus except with the service providers that help us run the site and payments.
Confidentiality inside the community
What is shared inside WeIVus stays inside WeIVus. Directory details are visible to other members only, and you can choose whether to appear in the directory.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to remove you from the community list, at any time through the contact page.
